WebRTC Trunks

A WebRTC trunk is a public web-call link. Visitors call from the browser, land on the trunk's IVR and can reach nothing else. Each trunk owns its guest endpoints and dialplan context; put the link, QR code or embed code on any website.

Call Recording

Recording policy for the whole system. The checkboxes control which call classes are recorded; retention is a single global window — recordings older than it are deleted automatically (sweep runs every 6 hours). Playback: use the \u25B6 button on each row in CDR Reports.

Class meanings — Extensions: softphone/WebRTC calls · Trunks: SIP trunk legs · Gateway: GSM gateway inbound · BT Bridge: *79 bridge calls. Per-device control is not part of this basic version.
